Been super into "Arrow" lately, and this is one of my current wallpapers and favourite images of The Hood/The Arrow so I thought "pre-evolutionary form of Wobuffet!"

I like the promo photo you had used as the reference - you've managed to catch the coloristic/tones quite well, especially given the fact that it's traditional medium (limited number of shades of green one can use is always a challenge) . Oliver's costume is surprisingly hard to draw - all folds, the way the light reflects/shines on the leather etc.
